    1. This policy (together with our end-user licence agreement as set out at (EULA) and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA), applies to your use of:
      1. Vypr mobile application software (App) available on our site OR hosted on, once you have downloaded or streamed a copy of the App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device (Device).
      2. Any of the services accessible through the App (Services) that are available on the App Site.
    2. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data We collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how We will treat it.

      1. Submitted Information: information that you provide by filling in forms on the App Site, including the Device's telephone number. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the App or any of the Services, subscribing to any of the Services, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Soproval Limited, and when you report a problem with the App Site.

        1. if you contact us, We may keep a record of that correspondence;
        2. We may also ask you to complete surveys that We use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
        3. details of your visits to the App Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, and the resources that you access; and

Device information: We may collect information about the Device or any computer you may use to download or stream a copy of the App onto your Device, including, where available, the Device's or computer's unique Device identifiers, operating system, browser type and mobile network information as well as the Device's telephone number, for system administration [and to report aggregate information to our advertisers]. We may associate Device information with Submitted Information and will treat the combined information as personal data in accordance with this policy for as long as it is combined.
      4. Location information: when you use one of our location-enabled Services, We may collect and process information about your actual location. Some of these Services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you use the App or browse the App Site and also allows us to improve the App and App Site.       1. Submitted Information:
        1. To pass to our clients to assist them to make decisions on the products you have reviewed. Your information will be anonymised, we will not disclose information about identifiable individuals.
        2. To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or that We feel may interest you (including content and advertising tailored to your interests), where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
        3. To notify you about changes to the App or any of the Services

    2. We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services that may be of interest to you. We or they may contact you about these by post or telephone.
    3. If you are an existing user of the Services, We will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about services similar to those previously used by you.
    4. If you are a new user, and where We permit selected third parties to use your data, We (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.

  6. Disclosure of your information

    1. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.

      1. In the event that We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case We may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

        1. enforce or apply the EULA, and other agreements or to investigate potential breaches; or

    1. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if We intend to use your data for such purposes or if We intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.     1. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with that Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information We hold about you.

If you wish to access a copy of the personal data that we hold about you or correct update or delete such data please email your request to We will aim to respond to your request within 14 days of receiving payment as detailed at clause 8.1. We will provide you with details of how such payment can be made to us further to receiving your request.

    1. Any changes We may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by SMS OR e-mail OR notifying you of a change when you next start the App. The new terms may be displayed on-screen and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of the App or the Services.
